Lovely romantic floral midi dress. Completely lined. Ruched empire waist. Measures 13” laying flat, shoulders are 8” long, complete length is 39”. I get so many compliments when I wear this! It’s more of a midi length and easy to dress up or make casual. A few small snags but not easy to spot due to the print. Size 4 but I feel fits more like a tighter size 4 or larger size 2.
